Talked with the staff the first time I was there after the ownership change. They didn't change much as far as the recipes, but they did change who they get their ingredients from and it makes a difference. Their cheese tastes better and is a lot fresher. I drive past about 15 other pizza places to get my Apollo's fix!!August 24, 2016
